ABB Vietam is hiring & Admin Support Intern

Quantity: 01 position in Hochiminh Office

Administration tasks
– Completing paper work and arranging accommodations for expats from overseas to visit
– Other duties as assigned
Marketing tasks:
– Assisting in the planning and coordination in organizing seminars, exhibitions.
– Keeping tracks of expense for marketing activities.
– Translating and writing articles for internal and external magazines and websites. Translating brochures.
– Learning and apply Branding and marketing communication tools & policies in daily working
– Education – University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related areas.
– Have experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop is an advantage
– Good communication skills, good learning attitude
– Good planning/organising skill, prioritization skills, attention to detail, result-oriented.
– Proactive work attitude to ensure that all activities are dealt with ahead of deadlines
– High responsibility in work with trust and enthusiasm
– Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
– Good command of English
– Advanced skill level in the use of Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word etc
