Job title: Recruitment Researcher (Internship)
Department: – Consultant
Report to: Team Leader

• Look for potential candidates for clients’ vacancies using a variety of platforms: internet / personal network / etc.
• Shortlist potential CVs, tele-interview candidates for the chosen ones.

•Interviewing and evaluating to select the most suitable candidates before transferring to clients
• Actively enrich the candidate database by expanding, maintaining and updating candidates’ profiles.
• Develop new ideas and techniques for candidate searching and hunting process.
• Assist the Consultants and handle other research work on recruitment as assign by direct Supervisor in HCMC.

• 4th-year students or university graduate, major in Business Administration / Human Resources Management is preferred. However, students whose major is English / International Relations / Commerce / … are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in recruitment (internship or junior position) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, creative, result-oriented.
• Hard-working, can work under pressure to achieve personal target.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Fluent in English.
