Job Description:
with execution of channels.
– Campaign planning & execution: Responsible for conceptualizing & managing a diverse range of customer retention campaigns & initiatives
– Generate ideas & explore ideas – Prepare & present proposals
– Oversee the creative & production processes – Champion successful execution (emails, SMS, push notifications, etc.)
– Campaign analysis
– Analyze campaign outcomes in detail
– Draw insights & present results clearly (to facilitate sound decision making on next steps)
– Special projects: Participate in a variety of special projects as requested (explorations of system or process improvements, new retention categories & joint projects with Customer Service & Customer Experience)
– Customer focus: Work with , Customer Service, Customer Experience & Operations (to develop & maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value
