Job Description
Responsibilities: This position is responsible for executing recruitment and training activities following global and local guidelines to ensure excellent quality of Service Center closely in alignment with Business needs. Main duties are included, but not limited to:
Recruitment
• Working closely with Talent Acquisition Team on the recruitment needs and plan
• Ensuring assigned recruitment requisitions are accomplished on time and qualified candidates are successfully hired
• Sourcing and building up candidate database on a regular basis.
• Making sure that recruitment advertisement is organized professionally and represents company’s Employer brand name
• Carrying out recruitment process as per global and local guidelines with Supporting of Talent Acquisition team.
• Participating in career fairs, university events and other recruitment events to build relationships with key universities & sourcing networks
• Supporting on Employer Branding activities, especially Careers Pages
Training:
• Supporting Talent Acquisition & Learning Development Manager in implementing training calendar by organizing training programs and handling logistics matters for the programs
Job Requirement
Requisite criteria:
Education: University preferred in Economics, HRM, Law…
Experience: At least 01 year of related experience.

Skills:
• Good at English communications (4 skills)
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and meticulous.
• Energetic, self-starter, self-motivated and independent
